Full body treatment. Prenatal massage can be incorporated into routine prenatal care as an emotional and physical health supplement shown to improve pregnancy outcome and maternal health. Our therapist takes extra care to ensure our pregnancy massage clients are comfortable and relaxed during treatment. Consult with your physician before booking. Not suited for women in their first trimester.

Full body treatment. Firm pressure is applied with slow strokes to reach deeper layers of the muscles and connecting tissue (also known as fascia). Benefits include physically breaking down muscle "knots" or adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation.
